After procurement of the fabric, we proceed to the cutting phase, carried out with precision according to customer specifications.

Our printing and embroidery experts devote themselves with precision to the project's technical details. Once this phase is finished, we go ahead with prototype production. We offer a wide range of manufacturing options, including:

• Screen printing on pre-cut or made-up garments, on a white or coloured background
• Printing flock, foil, thickened, bulging/puffed, and cracked with a glossy effect
• Ink-jet on white or coloured fabrics with a Kornit printer, including 3D details
• Digital printing combined with classic actions for glossy effects and foils
• 3D printing on fabric, indentation and intaglio of fabrics, hot bonding
• Multi-head embroidery with laser, sequins, beads, sponge stitch and carpet stitch embroidery
• Lasering on fabrics

This artisanal process, carried out by experts, allows each garment to be customised according to specific customer requirements. Our service, a rarity in this industry, is a strong point that distinguishes our creations, making them exclusive and of high quality. We offer a wide range of manufacturing options, including:

• Manual application of patches, pearls, rhinestones, etc.
• Application of transfer papers with various types of materials and special effects, made with pressure machines
• Embossed and debossed and DTF transfers
• Stapled studs and ABS studs, metal materials
• Heat-adhesive applications: rhinestones, foils, flock, studs, pearls, rubberised materials
• Ornamental stitching: ribbing, croquette, a-jour, blanket stitch, shell stitch

Before production, we check that the model meets the standards required by the customer, ensuring a perfect fit. Once this check has been made, we go ahead with the production process.

We start production following strict quality standards, with over 200 sewing machines at our disposal. Each garment is produced with care and precision, guaranteeing the best end result.

The garments are treated in-house using advanced technology to ensure gentle but effective treatment. We offer a wide range of industrial washes, including soft washing, silicone washing, sanitising, and specific treatments with detergents and degreasers. In addition, we offer washing with Brushing Balls for finishing in a single cycle. This saves up to 70% water and 85% energy. We also have industrial machines and dryers with a tumbler function for the drying phase.

At this stage the garments are finished according to their own manufacturing sheets.

Each garment is checked individually to ensure compliance with specifications. Any defects are rectified, and non-conforming garments are discarded. A specialised department takes care of this phase, ensuring the highest level of quality.

First choice garments are ironed according to size tables. We use specialised machinery to iron dyed garments and bring garments back up to size, including ironing boards, steaming dummies, presses and belt ironing machines.

After the ironing phase the garments are carefully folded or hung, completing the packaging according to customer requirements.

The garments are organised by order and job, and subsequently shipped to customers with maximum efficiency. With our large warehouse, we respond efficiently to any logistical need. We have vehicles of various sizes, with which we ship both hanging and packaged garments directly to our customers.
